Oak’s versatility is another factor why this wood type is so famous among many homeowners. One can have it painted to match the overall look of your kitchen. 

    Pine
    The pros of using pine for kitchen cabinetry include the lower price compared to other types of wood. However, it is also prone to warping and damage when exposed to humidity or moisture. Fortunately, you can always prevent this issue by applying a high-quality veneer to the wood.
